i cannot and will not say no - not ever- to a good-looking and delicious egg salad sandwich

it's tough to make big ol' sandwiches at home. it's a lot of prep and ingredients for a simple little meal. when i make one at home it's usually just grilled cheese (and avocado if we've got it). or meat thrown between two slices. i can't complain.

ah yeah. grilled cheese and tomato soup, baby.

i don't make my favorite sandwich often but it goes like this:

prosciutto, roasted red pepper, melted mozzarella, avocado with a mashed up roasted garlic and olive oil spread on foccacia.

yes. spicy with garlic croutons.

cant go wrong with chicken noodle or chicken dumpling.

just had some costco tortilla soup. pretty, pretty good.
