gettin' groceries, going somewhere for drinks later, and then some fuckin' mind-sex.

showering at some point, too. and got some black cats i've been aching to use for the longest.

shower, work 5-9:30, maybe get some beer, maybe not. decent chance someone at work will invite me to a party.

i've been feeling really shitty, asthma acting up. so i slept for like 16 hours yesterday and today. i really should have gone to a walk in clinic, because now if i go i have to worry about my medical deductible which is no big deal except i don't know if my psychologist or the walk in clinic will file a claim first, and if it's my psychologist it'll be a pain in the ass to get the $ back from the walk in.

alternatively, i have a first appointment with a new GP on the 14th, but i don't know if i have enough asthma meds to last me that long. i'm afraid i'm going to need to be put on a prophylactic corticosteroid, which i haven't been on since i stopped smoking. i've only needed albuterol PRN a few times a month, but the last week i've been using it regularly.

there are worse problems in the world, just annoying. i was having dreams about suffocating and having asthma attacks, that's pretty much how i know it's getting dangerous. didn't happen last night tho. sucks to wake up with an attack.

also have wednesday and thursday off, holla.

went to the state subsidized shrink today and got my meds. wellbutrin and lamictal, an anti-seizure med. i'm optimistic.

soon I will go to the gym, then shower and shave. then I have to edit my buddy's statement of purpose for his grad school apps, then I am going to call my girlfriend on the phone and conversate with her for a time. Then I have to decide if I am better off staying in by myself and being alone and depressed, or going to a party that is going to be mostly people I haven't seen since high school.

Last minute booze and snack running. I'm half bummed I'm still conscious.

Got some new books to read. Either gonna start Usula LeGuin's "Left Hand of Darkness" or Clive Barkers "Books of the Dead volume 1"

i worked a half day then cleaned the apt and chilled out. got some groceries. people are coming over tonight for alcohol-free nye. 420 okay.

Same procedure as every year - casting lead and watching Dinner For One.
We'll have to go to some posh NYE party for a bit later, I'd like to get wasted and make fun of the caviar-connoisseurs, but it's a substance and alcohol free NYE for me. Instead I'll eat and hopefully explode into the new year.

- get to friends' house
- a few of us going to get tattoos
- going back and drinking and playing board games
