the basic gist is just to buy things that give ECB with ECB

so if you start by let's saying buying $10 worth of crest, you get $5 ECB (this sale is almost always going on). then you try to find something that would cost about $5 that also gives ECB. so you use the first one, get the stuff, and get a new $5 ECB. it's still worth doing with using manufacturer coupons, but with them you can get a ton of stuff for free.

and there are lots of sites that do the matchups for you - that is, list all the sales and where you can find coupons for them and what you should pay out of pocket - i use this one the most: http://truecouponing.com/

they have that red machine in store as well that pops out some good coupons sometimes.

i use the red machines but it's usually for medicine or stuff i don't need. i occasionally look on their website for deals. i will def try the one you linked. sometimes it's like a game to see how much shit you can get at the lowest price.
