Jamon, cured ham in that region is awsome
Great seafood
2-3E for a class of good wine. Why is it so much cheaper than in the usa

the travels that you took abroad?

Travel was mostly good. Although I was traveling with a collegue who has some strange issues. He would get upset at nearly every restaurant we went to because they didn't understand his proclamations that he was a vegetarian. At one point he ordered a mocha at a cafe and flipped out when it was nothing like what he was used to from Starbucks in the US.

The guy is from India. He's been all over the world. But he travels like a jackass American tourist, expecting everyone to speak English and cater to him.
