hate to play devil's advocate but girls are barred from sororities for superficial reasons all the time. this is more bigoted than "superficial" but there are tons of traditionally black and white chapters all over america

this reflects worse on sororities than on alabama

they look exactly like the sororities at illinois. the greek system here is also extremely racially segregated
