Not being connected
 

I broke my phone at a No Age show and being without a smartphone is prob the best thing that has happened to me. Not being connected 24/7 has made me realize there is like real life outside.

I've fixed up the house a bit and I'm happier. I love it. I'm going on a nature trail walk thing tomorrow.

I give it a month tops

When I experience any temporary lack in a connection, I usually end up just wandering around my apartment like a lost child, snacking, checking to see if my connection is back, then I repeat the process.

A smart phone used responsibly can only enhance analogue experiences

I broke my smart phone and refuse to replace it because it was controlling my life. Been about a year now and I'm totally happy without it.

the only detrimental thing about having a smartphone is i browse reddit too much. i don't really notice a sea change from how life was with a regular cell phone
