i've decided i'll definitely trade ads on jerseys for two 45 minute halves of uninterrupted play

Sorry. The few times a year I watch American sports it's usually on some German-speaking channel (naturally), I just bought a week-long NFL Game Pass for the season kickoff this time.

i mean despite a bunch of armchair experts thinking he's a "choke artist" he's one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time

Still looks like he has horrendous arm strength though. But that appears to just be the post neck surgeries Manning, so much for the talk that he has gotten his arm strength back leading into this season.

yeah i mean espn is experts and if they think a 37 year old man is gonna get his arm strength "back" what is science to argue?

i mean these are the same experts that declared no one could ever replace brett favre and you should hold on to him as long as you can and they were so right about that one, you know?

Lavonte David- shame as he had a monster game until this mental Hiroshima. The Bucs continue to find new ways to hurt and shame me. Josh Freeman is so weak mentally it's disgusting and we have nobody to push him. Shit, VY looked decent for GB in the preseason. At this point, I wouldn't mind bringing him in the fold just to have Freeman looking over his shoulder.

Provided he stays healthy, Bush appears to be the missing piece of this offense. Now opposing defenses can't just triple-team Megatron all game, because Detroit has a legitimate RB that can make defenses pay for over-committing to the pass. Hell, Nate Burleson even snared a few clutch passes. Obviously it's just one game, so I don't want to get ahead of myself, but the Lions will make some noise if their offense can keep this up. Defensively, they did a reasonable job, 78-yard Adrian Peterson TD aside. It is worth mentioning that Detroit did hold AP to under 100 rushing yards.

As for Ndamukong Suh...*shakes head* At least the Lions won.

Fucking pumped for tonight's game. I think we lose because our defense is going to be horrendous this season but it should be an entertaining shootout.

I've heard good things about the Eagles O. I'd like to see Mike Vick with a Super Bowl ring, just because he's a fucking piece of trash. Wsup den.
