I'm nervous about the possibility of acquittal because it's a racially charged and highly publicized case, the city of Sanford has dealt with a lot of racist law enforcement in the very recent past, and Rodney King was a crack addict who actually survived while Trayvon was an unarmed teenager who was murdered for literally no good reason. It's going to piss a lot of people off.

The day that verdict comes out I will be in downtown Sanford with my chest mounted video camera, makeshift gas mask and a spray bottle of Maalox. Just in case.

I hope it isn't the case. :/

The state so far looks weak in their case, i think it's going to be tough to convict him of outright murder. Regardless the outcome, I hope no one does anything stupid.

If Zimmerman is convicted, no white people will be in the streets protesting because they don't get pulled over and frisked once a month because of their race.

at the very least he pursued someone who was not a threat to him and that pursuit resulted in death. that's just a fact, racially motivated or not or whatever (obv it was but im just saying)

I'm a lot more optimistic. Zimmerman has altered his story as time as gone by, witnesses have said they found Martin in a different position then Zimmerman claimed. There was mma style fighting and Zimmerman has said he was "intensely" training for MMA. The only thing weak about this at all.

The prosecution in this case is coming across as bratty kids. They're not scoring many victories, esp following yesterday's testimony.

Things could get really damn ugly here. One of my friends in law enforcement was telling me about how every county is on alert and ready to send in the skull crakers at a moments notice when Zimmerman is acquitted, which he will be because it's Florida and our prosecutors here are idiots. So I predict any crowd of slightly upset minorities will be enough for the good old boys to start swinging.

Mr. Knock-Knock Esq. is frustrating to watch right now and this medical examiner isn't making the cross examination any easier for him.

Zimmermans story is full of holes and I think that the only chance he'll be convicted. One medical examiner said zimmermans injuries were consistent with being hit only once, not repeatedly. Also, no zimmerman DNA found under trayvons fingernails, no Trayvon DNA on zimmermans gun.

Everything the prosecution has done to date. Today, the ME - a star state witness - admitted to not doing his job basically. They took ZERO photos of TM's palms/hands/etc. That's ... insane.

If they aren't throwing it, they are beyond inept.
