there was a period i took this giant omega 3 pill daily that went through the throat like a dry bone

i take a multivitamin, fish oil, and probiotics. dont need the individual vitamins

the pills are all pretty huge but i was used to taking handfuls of hydrocodone at once so... no big deal.

emergen-c is pretty good. i like the fizziness of it when used with the recommended 4 - 6 oz. of water. tim will dump his into a giant water bottle and it tastes pretty bad- just like extremely watered down juice. extremely watered down emergen-c. whatever.

i mean not as good as melatonin but they have actual health benefits besides that

i never struggle to fall asleep but i agree taking minerals is the best possible thing. they also seem to keep me from getting sick more than anything else does

So, for 7.98 in product, there's $9.00 in coupons - free money. Then you get to $30 in your order and there's a $5 off $30 coupon. You get my drift? The extra gets applied to other items in your order (or technically they will give you money for shopping, if you don't have other items to cover it). This is how you eat decent food when you're poor. Since I use coupons on most stuff, I can get a lot of stuff for very little money and end up with a ton of shit I can't use. I donate like 20 razors every month, for example.
