i flew in first class once. was some kind of free voucher my mom had for some reason. i was about 12 and had on my zero shirt and was flying alone. they didnt know what to do with me

i try to make sure my drop-offs or pick-ups at airports really mean something

for me it's because it's so silent that any comfortable-distance conversation is going to be heard by EVERYONE. and i know how annoying it is to be on the other end and hear people engaged in inane chatter, from which I am powerless to escape.

i always have a book handy for long periods of aloneness.

most times i pass out before we even get in the air and i've woken up to everyone exiting the plane and being almost the last person out. in my experience there isn't much talking on planes between strangers and i doubt you're alone in refraining from it, rbg. i did once talk to a woman and her little girl for a hot second and they gave me an apple to eat. on my first plane ride, a man let me use his laptop to play solitaire.

I flew in first class once and it was full of old men in business suits, lap tops, and a hard crusty muffin with fruit and yogurt. I didn't enjoy it because the bathroom was nearby and someone actually took a big dump before landing. They need to not allow shits to be taken on planes. I felt like I was going to puke.
