Initiative Measure 502 concerns marijuana. This measure would license and regulate marijuana production, distribution, and possession for persons over twenty-one; remove state-law criminal and civil penalties for activities that it authorizes; tax marijuana sales; and earmark marijuana-related revenues. Should this measure be enacted into law?

And so has Obama. Both are drug warriors. In fact, there have been more medical marijuana arrests under Obama than Bush. Obama is currently allowing the jailing of state employees who were acting legally under state law.

i agree with you both but let's not pretend that legally innocent people are getting in trouble. federal law still trumps state law. so let's just say that obama sucks and leave it at that.
