What the hell is going on with the polls
 

Gallup has Romney up by 7. IBD/TIPP Tracking has Obama up by 6. These numbers are becoming more and more wildly different by the day. What the heck is going on?

gallup has been skewing romney for a while. it's basically a statistical tie between the 2 if you average the polls.

yeah it's just weird that Gallup is so far outside of what other polls are coming up with

Gallup's poll methods are more useful for showing trends than a day-by-day "Who's going to win" scenario. They poll over a number of days and their results are published after the fact. In a week or so Gallup will start to reflect what current polls show now.

C'mon man. The ruling elite is playing y'all, right in front of us all. One day, they debate. The next day, its gallows humor at a black tie event, the two of them side by side like its some pro wrestling shtick. All this politicking has reduced the Presidency itself to fundraiser in chief and when in office it looks like the priorities are really this: secure the Caymen account for the post years; pay off the cronies that got you there; enact whatever ideological pap you and your friends can to secure some type of legacy that will cover all the criminality.





And Have you noticed the metamorphosis of Romney recently? He went from a aww gee shuks kinda nerd into a king frat-boy who can hold court and rattle off some one-liners all while seeming more Presidential in his approach. Obama looks kinda sulky these days and is seeming to go through the motions (I'm not sure if he really wants it anymore, tbh). Not sure at this point if this all flips around, but honestly, from a month ago to now there's something unnatural about both these guys and their dispositions. It's like they know the outcome and have for a while already.
