i thought it was called "rolling poop thread", but i can't find it

anyway, my poop has been like half undigested vegetables lately. i'm kinda worried. internet says it's normal but really, it's a lot. does this happen to you guys? im used to it a little but not like this much

I don't know. When I poop I mostly pretend it's not happening and distract myself with a book. Or...my phone.

i enjoy having good digestion because for the first 20 years of my life i had horrible stomach/intestine issues. so i kinda keep a close eye on it to head off any problems before they become enough to really make me sick. like if i dont poop for more than a day i tend to worry a little. i guess im paranoid about all of that returning

Yeah I take note of how regular I am and how I feel. I eat probably twice the recommend daily amount of fibre and I make sure my kids eat a good amount if fibre too because I have a kind of phobia of constipation.

yeah i do about the same as far as eating a shit ton of fiber. vegetables + prunes + fiber one cereal are like my staple foods. i always feel better when things are, um, moving well

also probiotics.

i usually distract myself with your phone when i poop too

why not, it's something we all do every day or so... i know most people are squeamish about it but its just a bodily function. just because we have cooking shows and not pooping shows doesn't mean it's less important or taboo or something

why did you have to talk about it for 25 years? when i was having my problems i was so freaked about talking about it that i didnt for a long time, was sick all the time, every day almost after every meal (95%+) and just lived with it

Firstly, anyone who fucks around with anything while they are shitting? What the fuck is wrong with you? That shit is nasty. Especially phones. That shit should be flagged as a shit phone, some kind of futuristic technology type shit where if the phone is around shit it turns brown or some fucking thing. Nasty asses.

Secondly, for you folks with smelly shits, flush your system you old death coming outta your asshole inconsiderate jerks.

Not that I'm really that committed to defending my using of a phone on the toilet, but I keep my toilet pretty clean and my phone isn't anywhere near my shit, okay? Just calm down. I don't know. I've been taking a book since I was a little girl so the phone just seems like a natural development to me. Do you not read in the toilet?

Yo man, i don't feel gross when i take a dump. That shit is as natural as ripping ass in public, but you don't see people championing that fact. What I'm tryimg to say is there is a clear and defined reason to seperate feces from everything else in your life.
