when I am talking to people I actually know, I am more likely to have the thoughtful one's tone, but do tend to skip right to citing articles to discredit people when they say blatantly false shit

Trotskilicious 09-12-2012 11:21 PM

Generation X is supposedly more apolitical and cynical towards government and authority in general. Gen Y is more about getting behind causes

Order 66 09-13-2012 02:17 AM

Gen y is, generally speaking, a step up. but i don't think it's that far removed. how many 18-29 year olds were like 'lol ron paul or something' this election cycle. seems like most of them

Trotskilicious 09-13-2012 02:54 AM

lol gen y is about looking at their phones and playing on facebook are you serious

Order 66 09-13-2012 03:19 AM

its like the 21 jump street movie where channing tatums character thinks nothings changed from the 90s so he beats up the gay black kid to fit in. but they shun channing tatum because unbeknownst to him its okay to be gay now. and yet the high school kids are only accepting of gay blacks for the hollow purpose of being PC. so its a step up albeit a marginal one

Order 66 09-13-2012 03:24 AM

if you beat up a gay black in 1996 everybody would be like lol whatever lets go listen to collective soul and play pogs

Trotskilicious 09-13-2012 04:41 AM

gotta maximize your friend count on fb

anecdotally, a lot of people i went to high school with, but almost no one i went to college with. whatever that means.

Trotskilicious 09-13-2012 08:43 PM
