the seller didn't reply to my message, and the item wasn't canceled until 24+ hours after I sent it. So blame me if you will but it was the seller choice to cancel it, no one else.

why bother doing that, Monte? despite bill's tweets I seriously doubt he'd pursue legal action. What grounds did he have? She owns the discs. Once the thing was sold (which would have been in a matter of days or hours) there would have been nothing he could have done anyway, since she probably wouldn't have had possession of it anylonger. If he really cared about stopping people from selling the few copies of Machina II, he'd send his lawyers after the people who own the copies, or he'd go buy them privately to take them out of circulation... but he hasn't done any of that. It's just billy tweeting w/o thinking about it.

but i'm quite interested if this woman's story is true. and if not, what really happened. and if possible, i'd also like to know how this real copy is supposed to look. but i guess it's better not to post too many details online, just in case another mystery copy pops up.
