It sucks to think that I'm so driven towards destruction but a sudden hospitalization is expensive and won't change it. I can keep myself alive to seek therapy but now this is getting embarrassing. I know I brought it up in the first place but it's still not something I want to keep discussing, it's weird.

but in all seriousness, unless you are just playing a character like I do on Netphoria and you are in fact in your current predicament, I would think a hospital stay right now would be considerably cheaper than a hospital stay when you are being rushed there for multiple organ failure.

the hospital stay may be a short term necessity. But it won't fix the underlying problem. That will require working with a therapist who has experience with eating disorders. The only person who can make that happen is the person with the eating disorder.

No shit. The point is if she doesn't getting hospital help soon she will have a MI and die. She can worry about the eating disorder hospitalization and subsequent outpatient care later. Now she needs medical attention for her dying body.

BTW my therapist specializes in eating disorders and she also confirms planets is on the verge of death. I just mentioned at the end of therapy to get her opinion.

I've particpated in interventions and they've never gone the way they do on TV. People will say whatever they have to make the awkward situation end. then they go right back to their behavior.
