i just had an acid reflux close call

12:15am January 1, 2011. I haven't touched alcohol since.

Around the end of January. I was heading home from a mates place where i'd been picking up weed/getting blazed and i had the munchies so I stopped in at a service station on the way home and bought a pie that looked like it had been there for a million years. I spent the whole following day throwing up. Lesson learned.

maybe a week ago, after a heavy bout of coughing. that's been happening a bit too often lately.

Last Christmas, terrible stomach virus

2009 I think.

This morning, I have a sensitive gag reflex and sometimes when I brush my tongue and roof of my mouth I'll barf hardcore. The sweaty, tearing up, your whole face turns red type of puking. Sucks.

I throw up all day every day.

Seriously, there's a shot in that movie where a mom gets hit with ralph, barfs on her husband who then hurls right on his son's head who then spews on the ground. It was amazing.

Do you change toothbrushes every time this happens?

Nah, its not immediate. I gag, then hurl. Plenty of time for a strategic toothbrush removal.

I used to have acid reflux that would cause me to wake up unable to breathe and in burning in my throat. I didn't go to the doctor about it for the longest time...... till I started having chest pains that felt like a heart attack. They found out I had esophageal spasms due to ulcers in my stomach and esophagus. It was all from stress.

Oof, that sounds rough :/
