Lakers are fucked lol. Clippers will make playoffs

I have no idea how my rockets will be with Kmart, scola, newly-signed dalembert and a bunch of nobodys under new coach Kevin Mchale.

My Heat should win the east unless Chicago seriously turns it on. Some seem to think the Knicks will be way better. No idea about the west. Maybe Mavs with Odom. Thunder are probably the favs. Some people really like the spurs.

TuralyonW3 12-22-2011 02:29 PM

Shapan to thread. Shapan to netphoria

Trotskilicious 12-23-2011 04:39 PM

GO SPURRRRRRRRRRRRS

MusicMan4 12-23-2011 05:02 PM

thank god
i hate football so much
if the season didn't happen i would have been lost during may and june
i mean i'm one of the people who is even really into early games just because all the other sports suck

as a nets fan i don't have much to say about the season
the shitty center that could have been traded for good players broke his foot and deron's gonna leave so fuck it
r.i.p. to derrick coleman kenny anderson and drazen petrovic

redbull 12-24-2011 01:00 AM

BULLS

sppunk 12-24-2011 01:14 AM

Go Mavs!

I was hoping the season got canned, the pay is out-fucking-rageousabd the lockout did nothing to fix the issues that severely hurt the league.

Esty 12-24-2011 02:06 AM

QUEEN JAMES! QUEEN JAMES!!! QUEEN JAMES!!!!

TuralyonW3 12-24-2011 02:35 AM

It's interesting how you equate his failures to him being a woman

teh b0lly!!1 12-24-2011 08:55 AM

if the Clippers step up to it they can be this year's surprise. deep playoffs or something.
all the other big names are gonna crash hard this year - Lakers lost Odom and Phil Jackson, Kobe's disgruntled. Boston are gettin old mighty fast, they'll probably make the first round of playoffs but that's it.. Spurs might have a last shot at somehow going for the title, or at least conference finals, but who knows. Dallas lost Chandler and holds no beef with that big a hole in the center position.

Miami will probably win it, though i hate that team with fire and hope they crash glamorously.
and why the fuck does chris bosh look like the mutant baby from Eraserhead

MusicMan4 12-24-2011 09:42 AM

anyone else surprised spunk sides with the owners

Tchocky 12-24-2011 12:00 PM

Clippers gutted their future to rent a gimpy CP3 for two seasons. They'll start off okay but they're doomed once he goes down. Meanwhile, New Orleans made out like gangbusters in that trade. Look for them to be a power in two seasons.

Thunder over the Heat in the Finals.

MusicMan4 12-24-2011 12:21 PM

yeah i can't believe they gutted their future by trading away blake griffin for somebody who is not the best point guard in the league

Netphorian Gadabout 12-24-2011 12:46 PM

I do think they overpaid. They gave away 2 decent starters and Eric Gordon, who is easily the best under-30 SG in the league. And Minnesota's #1 pick. The fact New Orleans held out for a while for Eric Bledsoe too is kinda nuts.

subzero 12-24-2011 12:48 PM

go wizards and cavs:cry:

WTF? In no way was I saying he was a woman. I was calling him a faggot.

TuralyonW3 12-26-2011 08:07 PM

Ah thanks for clarifying

Trotskilicious 12-26-2011 09:24 PM

yeah he's just homophobic

teh b0lly!!1 12-27-2011 06:37 AM

wow kobe got owned by deng

more like dang, amiritie?

TuralyonW3 12-27-2011 01:36 PM

Then Chicago got owned by the warriors

teh b0lly!!1 12-27-2011 02:08 PM

^ when the fuck did that happen
missed that

makes sense though. chicago's talent shines through sometimes but they tend to drop the ball afterwards.

teh b0lly!!1 12-27-2011 02:26 PM

lakers got owned by Sacramento as well

"It's not a rivalry," Kobe Bryant said. "We beat them every year. Oh my God. I don't care if they beat us tonight. I like (Kings owners Joe and Gavin Maloof). I hope they enjoy this."
i can't believe this guy
so arrogant.
how can a player even say shit like this. he's paid tens of millions of dollars to win games. obviously this is not an important game but still how does he let himself say this shit to the press

Esty 12-27-2011 04:45 PM

Everyones playing like shit right now. This season wont start to get good until like march.

PkPhuoko 12-28-2011 06:41 PM

rooting for mavs.... fearing we'll end up a 5 or 6 seed.... chandler being gone gutted me as a fan

MusicMan4 12-28-2011 07:01 PM

the nets are actually going to be worse than last year, aren't they

why was i born into this state

Netphorian Gadabout 12-28-2011 11:28 PM

The Pistons are awful. Like worst team in the league bad. I actually caught myself saying during the game, "Things will be better when we get Villanueva back in a few games." Jeez.

lol

you know, Jordan Farmar came to play for Maccabi Tel Aviv during the lockout and the local press was just raving about him. when he left the team completely imploded. all for this shit. did the nets even have a decent team the last 8 years

lala 12-29-2011 05:33 AM

I wish luck to Eddy Curry in 2012

Hope this guy can get back. I feel sorry for him. His daughter getting murdered, his ex-wife getting murdered, getting injured and fat, all the jokes, all the hate from the media, etc. No wonder he didn't play for the last couple of years.

The Pistons should make a trade with the T-Wolves. The Pistons don't have any talent up front, the T-Wolves have no veteran leadership from the bench. Trade Prince, Stuckey and a pick for D. Williams

subzero 12-29-2011 10:41 AM

the wizards and suns are god awful too

Minnesota would only want Studkey, not Prince. They don't seem to be aware any position exists in basketball other than point guard.

TuralyonW3 12-30-2011 02:04 AM

Durant is so fucking awesome

Also woot for the rockets tearing up the spurs!!

TuralyonW3 01-01-2012 09:20 PM

Heat brutally rape by 40 the bobcats team that gave them trouble a few nights ago

MusicMan4 01-04-2012 03:44 PM

i hesitate to wish injury on anyone but i hope in some way andrew bynum does not keep up this pace at all

what a scumbag

nah that's because he sucks at basketball

i'm sure new jersey may be in the market for another seven foot guy who can't rebound

MusicMan4 01-05-2012 03:10 PM

lulu feels bad for some dopey guy who hires limo drivers and then goes up to them naked and says "you want to touch it, dave"

TuralyonW3 01-06-2012 12:40 AM

Heat playing in atlanta without d wade or Lebron just took hawks into 3rd overtime

Bosh hit a beastly 3 to tie at end of regulation

TuralyonW3 01-06-2012 12:53 AM

Hawks don't hit a single bucket in 3rd OT lol

Nice revenge win for the loss the other night
