Camera, just need top to be nice, make sure it is quiet and don't get hung up on the background - just make sure it's somewhat not messy.

When you're talking, camera. When you're listening, her image.

That's tricky. For some reason, each time I video chat, I find myself looking at the image of the other person the entire time, hard to keep focused on the camera for some reason.

wear a really nice top with lots of makeup look super fancy

and dont wear ANY pants or underwear

and get up halfway through the interview to get some water.

Just put a picture of something right next to the camera, and you should be fine.

i have tim's passport photo. i'm gonna use that. it's not until the 17th, though.

it's helpful because when the person is listening and looking at you, it looks to them as if you're looking them right in the eye. it comes off as more sincere.
