You know how they have the personality bar things? Post them. I think after answering a shitload of questions it has me pegged pretty good.

i had an okcupid account for a little while. but i just wasted all my time giving 1-star ratings to quick match suggestions

I did it for the quizzes then all kinds of freaks started messaging me that I wasn't into, so I deleted it.

I can only imagine the amount of messages women are bombarded with on those dating sites. Oh god.

i had a crush on a friend who instead of liking me back suggested i make an account on okcupid. i went over to his house and he made my account. we couldn't find any good pictures of me and i never know how to fill those 'about me' things out without feeling stupid. it's a sad, sad, empty profile with no information and a picture that doesn't even show my face. and i STILL got nasty messages. i was like WUTEVER and we ended up eating pizza and watching frasier with his cats.

the okcupid blog is pretty good. lots of statistical analysis of profile trends and stuff

no matter how lonely i get i dont think i could do okcupid or anything. but then again i'm not really into the formalities of dating to begin with. i believe in hanging out with somebody you like and seeing what it evolves into

I've either been ignored or had really bad experiences from OK Cupid so i deleted it.

Being rejected by chubby girls is just fucking annoying.

i had a plenty of fish account once. all of the message i received were from single moms. in every single one of their profiles it clearly stated that if i didn't want to be the new father to their child that i was an asshole and should gtfo, so i took heed and ignored them.

you know when they want someone intelligent, creative, and funny and then they decide not to respond to me i can only assume they're being superficial and like most chubby girls they're holding out for a reject from the average sized dude pool

Well, my guy is average sized somehow, and I am not. When I looked on stuff like OKCupid I basically went right for chubby guys/girls or at least people who answered yes to questions like "Could you date someone who was overweight?"... basically that cleared 80%+ of everyone. So I feel you, I would probably feel more comfortable with someone bigger like me because of how self conscious I am and just for cuddly reasons. ;)

You'll find someone who appreciates you, you've got a ton of good qualities and a bit crazy but not the dangerous kind (which I personally am drawn to). It's frustrating though, that people are so shallow that they miss out on the good people in life. People like us may not have the greatest time in life or love but honestly that's kind of the price of being really smart and sensitive... at least I try to tell myself that.

Actually that last line is mostly bullshit but I stand by the rest.
