I'm kinda like the Gopher from Winnie-the-Pooh and the Honey Tree. He always whistles through his front teeth when he pronounces the "s" sound.

This inadvertently happens to me a lot, because I have huge upper incisors with a bit of a gap between them. It's quite embarrassing when it happens as I'm teaching, though it's nice to laugh with my students about something.

I once had a friend who moved and acted just like the sloth (Sid, I believe) from Ice Age. He also had the same body shape. We tortured him mercilessly over this resemblance. It was great.

Someone told me that I look like a certain cartoon character, I can't remember what it is, and I didn't know about the cartoon at the time.

I love Eeyore. He's by far the most intriguing and hilarious character in the books. After I read them I couldn't help but lament the fact that he got such a minor role in the classic Disney cartoons (Honey Tree/Blustery Day).

i wonder what eeyore's past looks like

he was probably abused as a freshfaced stuffed animal and has become an introvert as a result

i'd like to think he squandered his youth and chances on hard drugs.
