Irridescent Fairysex 03-19-2011 09:27 PM

Unnecessary and mediocre retelling of historical moments and characters done with good but boring production values and hollywood sensibilities.

Mooney 03-19-2011 09:33 PM

guy and girl fall in love under shady circumstances. girl finds out about shady circumstances, hates guy. guys convinces her that he truly loves her. they live happily ever after.

popular comedic actors partake in adventure which conveys life lesson in an obvious way (see: billy madison, knocked up, etc)

this goes back to my theory that comedy movies really don't need to have a plot. meaning that the plot gets in the way of the comedy.
