I don't see where the specific rights as enumerated are violated by not being told you have the rights. If one doesn't educate himself of his rights, I don't have an issue that the People should benefit from a guilty person's open-and-shut case.

I misread the quoted post. My bad.

A friend of mine flying out of seatac last month told me about the guy in front of him who told an agent not to grab his balls. Next thing that happened was the agent threw up his hands and called for a supervisor to come over. They told the guy not to harass the agent, and that if he wanted to board the plane, he would have to comply. He repeated that he just didn't want his balls grabbed, and said he wanted to leave and forget it. They told him he wasn't leaving the "secured area" until he had a pat down. He resisted so they handcuffed him and led him down a hall and that was that. You can't complain. They are making this pretty clear that complaining = tsa harassment.
