let's say that i am a woman. with a vagina. i know for a fact that i finished a period precisely eight weeks ago. i'm guessing that menstrual cycles vary completely woman to woman, but if you had to make an educated guess, what are my chances that i will currently be bleeding from my vagina tonight?

hmm, this is obviously completely hypothetical. i would have just said 'i have this friend,' but then you all would have assumed that it was me, and that i actually have a vagina.

nope, i was just under the understanding that an average cycle is four weeks? so if these cycles were regular, and she was 'average' than eight weeks might be perfect down to the day, and i might be in luck! :)

no, she didn't go eight weeks without a period! i just knew when she had a period the last time i saw her over christmas break because it was ill-timed, so i was just trying to do the math for when she came home for her 'reading week' from university this past weekend. looks like its starting tonight/tommorrow. oh well, had a good weekend. :)
