I feel like I did well! it was a marvelous experience. very emotional... my first one

I had a bunch of friends waiting to cheer me on at mile 23... things started getting tough at around 22, but they got really really hard between 23 and 24. I'm not sure that I ever completely hit the wall (I had done a lot of mental preparation, which is great), because I didn't ever feel like I wasn't going to finish. The last three were really, really tough, though. once I hit 26 (the last .2 yet to go) I had serious trouble breathing but being able to see the finish really helped.
