i have have read at least 20 books on nutrition throughout my lifetime, health is very important to me, i am no nutritionist but if you cant at least think about another angle there are some seriously dumb motherfuckers here

bad carbs could be crisps (potato chips). now do crisps have alot of sugar in them? would you cut them from your diet because of their high sugar content. hell no. you cut them because they use oil to cook them in and because they are a bad (empty) carb

so sugar is something completely different - granted - it is a part of the carb molecular chain

im not trying to give you a fucking science lesson because its pretty fucking obvious to me that you're teenagers who dont have a care in the world about diet.

do this enough and with enough sugar and the receptor will close.

this leads to diabetes, heart disease, cancer, you name it.
