groundhogs

Does anyone live near them? My parents have a farm and they use to have several groundhog holes in their yard. They were really cute and adorable. I didnt know that they could climb trees. I use to watch them pick fruit with binoculars. They were building too close to the foundations so unfortunately we had to get drive them away.

We don't have groundhogs here. Do they throw the binoculars to knock down the fruit, or use them as a small platform to reach the lower branches?

hahaha

they are very fast. They would just scurry up the trees and grab the fruit and come back down.

they are very problematic. the burrow holes under the ground that cause lawns to sink in and are generally destructive to gardens. cute but they are pests
