I'm quilting cigarettes today.
 

I'm planning to try after the New Year (not a "new year's resolution", it's just more convenient since just before new year's I'll be doing a 600 mile round trip drive and I can't quilt before then or I'll go mad). My friend tried with Chop stix and said amazingly, it worked. Except he didn't have the will to keep them and shortly after was his birthday party, where he ate chinese food all night long and ended up starting again. But he said he didn't feel crazy, only a little bit once in a while when it got really bad. That's what I need.
