You need to a call a lawyer for a consult. I have no idea where you live, but if her parent's co-signature on the lease is due to credit issues, and they pull out of that lease, then you can re-apply for the place for yourself and she would have to move. If you don't qualify for the place, then you have to go when the lease is up.
