seriously, how're you doing?

i'm ok. doing my best to work at a pace slow enough to keep me "busy" throughout the day. i miss my boyfriend. i kind of have a headache from one too many martinis last nite.

the building that i work in is having a "summer hotdog lunch get together". i'm probably going to eat more than one.

i have Possibly Maybe in my head.

I don't know. I was supposed to be back at work last Tuesday but took another few days off, just to hang around at my mom's house doing nothing.
I'm seriously considering quitting my job because it sucks, and I'm not happy with anything at the moment.

The smell of lasagna is floating through the house, but it's not yet ready. GODDAMNIT.

Also I'm currently watching Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas. Man, I love that movie.

Not really. I just had super restless sleep and have felt wide awake for the last 8 hours (i.e., when I should've been sleeping). Plus I got sick belly, but I'll be fine; I'm mostly overreacting. :)

this is the worst goddamn hot dog i've ever had. i will certainly not be going back for another.

It's 7pm, and my mum, her boyfriend and two friends are [already] drinking Caipirinhas in the living room. Jeez.

ahh, it's the national drink of Brazil! i wasn't aware that Brazil had a national drink. i've also never heard of the type of liquor that goes into it, but it sounds pretty tasty.

I have heard of that liquor but I have never had it! they say it some commercial on the radio here. looks tasty, like a mojito without the mint. I think I'd rather have a mojito though :love:

i wish it were fall already. this 87 degree temperature and 90% humidity is really starting to wear on me. i'm tired of sitting down on a couch and feeling like i need to towel myself dry afterward. it's either that, or torrential downpour.

I just saw that recently too and it was so great! I like both but for different reasons. Bill Murray was awesome.

I'm doing great, I'm in such a good mood. I'm listening to Fiona Apple, dying my hair - taking a cigarette break to let it soak in and then I'm going to pain my toe nails and become girly.

I'm getting ready for my dance tonight, I got these super awesome earrings at Claire's (they have some surprisingly cool jewelry!) that match my hip scarf and some other cute jewelry. My back is feeling almost all better and I'm just praying I don't fuck it up before then. I have about 7 hours till I get on stage WOO! I'm so nervous and so excited.

I got some great news this morning! wooo! I wish I could tell everybody :( but it's not official yet. I doubt you guys would care anyway but it makes me happy.

oh and I get a new company truck today! its a new F-150 so that beats the old F-150 I had (I think it was a 2001, it had been through a lot, haha)

it's going very well. i have the day off and am about to venture off into the woods for the afternoon. it's supposed to thunderstorm; i'm looking forward to it
