No. I doubt that will ever happen.

It is, however, a slap in the face to all those who died there, not to mention a wholly arrogant gesture. You can rebuild something there--maintain the vitality of the financial district--without rebuilding the tours.

They should re-build them and then put a giant vertical hoop in the middle for planes to fly through so we won't have this problem again.
