I'd like to and will try to make sound engineering and/or producing a career, but if that doesn't work out I'd like to be a teacher.

But I still get into 'fucked if I know' phases about this question, and it drives me nuts. People always tell me to do what my heart tells me to do, but my heart tells me to stay at home all day, accomplish nothing and jerk off and I have to tell it to shut the fuck up constantly.

For a while now, I've been thinking about journalism and/or photography. But just recently, I've had this idea of opening a store when I move to Chicago. I don't know what I'd sell, but it sounds kind of exciting.

i want to be a history teacher. i will be just that.

Everytime someone asks me this question I take a second to really think about it and it always truly scares the shit out of me that I don't have any sort of solid answer. But then I forget than anyone ever asked and that I should be thinking about it. I think a lot about my options and whether or not I'd be happy in certain jobs, but "What do you WANT to do?" is the hardest to me.

I'd like to be an artist. A sculptor. Or a high school math or art teacher. But these careers are not a straight shot to a nice car, nice clothes, nice house and paid off student loans, so I'm holding out.

I guess, then, my answer is really Landscape Architect, Museum Director or attourney who helps women.

I am 22, I need to choose a direction SOON.

Something in social services.. We'll see exactly what area when i start university.

Well, I've never been quite sure, I guess I always figured I would wind up teaching, which I would love to do.

But a couple days ago I was driving home from a light hang that I worked at for a community theatre and I realized that I wanted to act. I've involved with theatre for several years and been moderately successful but I never ever considered doing it for life. So I think I want to act, career-wise.

as for a current job, i'm doing summer research for los alamos national lab on physics stuff.
