I think you're getting your hopes way too high

Oh yeah, definately. I just hope that these folks actually get to enjoy the show. Trying just to get a picture with a photo camera, let alone filming an entire show, can turn out to be a huge pain in the ass, thus taking away from your concert enjoyment. My feeling on this is if you're only seeing one show, you shouldn't bother filming, since this will be your only chance to see this, you've got to make the most out of it; worrying about camera angles and crap will lessen your enjoyment. If you're goin' to 2+ shows, then you should at least go to one show with no cameras and equipment holdin' you down.

Again, I give a great thank you to those of you who will be capturing these residency shows for all of us to enjoy; next thing you should do is form a union!
