there was a tie. so before we can move on to the next round, we must break the tie between drmoon and CoolAsIceCream. vote for the person who you would like to see eliminated.

the poll is set to expire in 24 hours because that is the smallest time increment i can give on the board. however, the person who will be eliminated is the person who has the most votes at high noon pacific standard time (12 pm PST).
