Minus Fox and Hound, these were all made (or released) in the 90s, no where near the TRU classics, y'know, like Dumbo and Peter Pan. :)

The aforementioned reasons are valid, sound and reasonable. I believe there is a fine line between feeling uncomfortable and conducting preemptive strikes on states which had nothing to do with september 11. That means you Texas!

as a kid, i thought everything from Oliver & Company to The Lion King was their finest; each movie was better than the last

then everything sort of went downhill after that, but i guess you cant top The Lion King

Agreed, except about Winnie the Pooh. For some reason I just can't stand that character.

And just because: Fantasia is my absolute favorite.

the lion king and aladdin will always be two of my favorite movies, ill always enjoy watching those two. its hard to choose which one is better. beauty and the beast, dumbo, pinnochio, fantasia, the rescuers down under, and the little mermaid are also classics. those are some solid releases from 28-32, then everything started going downhill. inability to appreciate some of these disney classics is pretty sad.

definitely Fantasia, followed by Robin Hood and Dumbo.

I used to be a fan of fox and the hound when I was little. I don't remember anything about it.

I think Robin Hood may be one of the most underrated films of all time. Everybody cool loves this movie it seems but nobody really talks about it with the best Disney films which is stupid.

Also, Dumbo has the saddest scene of any movie ever -

aww :( I love the animation they do with the trunks. And the hyenas are so cute.
We had the record soundtrack for Robin Hood when i was little - i loved the rooster's whistle. Also, King John is awesome.

Another good Disney short little movie was this 'musical' called 'Tubby the Tuba'. Instead of talking, the tuba would make these 'wah wahhhhh' sounds. I loved that soundtrack too, probably even more than Robin Hood.

I remember that, but haven't seen it in ages. When it comes to Disney I obviously love the full lengths but the shorts are really where it's at. For example:

I've seen 35 of those. ...What the hell was I doing with my life when I was a child? And yes, the witty retort would've been "Nothing, just like now, jackass!"
