Your post is one of the most incoherent things I've read in recent times. However, I've used http://www.gotorussia.com/index.htm in the past and they were extremely professional. You send in your passport and they FedEx it back to you with your Russian Visa in less than 2 weeks. I've only been to St. Petersburg and Moscow so I can't really give you any advice on traveling to smaller towns and cities. The trains are probably your best option though; cheap and usually very timely. Be forewarned: it can be somewhat difficult to purchase train tickets at the stations if you don't speak Russian or have someone that speaks Russian with you.
