i took my sister shopping for a SKIRT
we eventually ended up at belk
things i discovered: shoes are so kewl :D i wish id idn't have such bad balance that makes me incapable of walking with any shoe with any sort of raised sole or heel or whatever my sister ended up getting this sort of black pinstripe skirt with a sort of (soort of -- very loose) ruffle on the bottom right? best part? it had this sort of leather ( :( ) sach that loops around these small belt loops in the BACK and it has a BLACK ROSE on it that you're supposed to hang at your side i guess. holy shit i love that rose :D i may have tos teal her skirt :D origins sells dandruff shampoo :D and all kinds of special body scrubs i wonder which kind i'll end up buying  AHHHH grown-ups are mean when you're wearing smeared off lipstick (i decided to sorta get fancy when took my sister shopping -- before i left iw ent in my other sister's room and i put this glittery hair mascara in my hair then i put this white shiny eye liner on and this really dark lipstick, but my sister made me take the lipstick off so i rubbed it off and ib asically got it all over my face  i think people don't get then when i get all fancy it's SUPPOSED to be funny it makes me sad like that people don't get the joke) they had cool boy underwear sorta there that was slightly cheaper than victoria's secret. just slightly. by tommy hilfiger i think :D lol maybe it'll go on sale one day :-/ i was so excited. yeah. |
It is kind of hard to find a good skirt during this season. I went looking for one the other day for my girlfriend. :)

Haha. I am from South Carolina. It kills me how everyone calls the store "Belks" instead of "Belk". I call it Belk because there is no s on it, but people just seem to not grasp the concept. *shrugs*

Don't you wear skirts sometimes, Suze?
Or do you stroll around all day in only boy underwear? : ) |
pfffft
Belk Department Store 250 N New Hope Rd Gastonia, NC 28054 704-867-3671 This is a good place for the upwardly mobile in search of designer labels. Though not as luxurious as the traditional, old-money department stores, Belk features all the same mainstream designers as its big-city brethren. The men's department is particularly strong, with large collections from Calvin Klein, Ralph ****** and Perry Ellis; while the women's department seems to be an homage to Liz Claiborne. Belk also has a few private brands that will surprise label seekers with their quality. Housewares feature many of the same designers, with the Tommy Hilfiger label attached to everything from pillows to shower curtains. -- Joe Brennon *** i still have wet dreams about macy's though *sigh* sooo fucking expensive  those northerners have the best, most expensive department stores  |

Belk has shed a lot of bulk. Now a relatively svelte 207-store retailer operating in 13 states, the chain was a confederation of 112 separate companies, formed over the past century, before its 1998 reorganization. Belk stores, located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic (primarily in the Carolinas and Georgia), offer mid-priced brand-name and private-label apparel, shoes, cosmetics, gifts, and home furnishings. Its stores usually anchor malls or shopping centers in small to medium-sized markets. The Belk family runs the show and owns most of the company, which is the largest privately owned department store chain in the US.
