Yeah, but he recorded it with the drummer from Theory of A Deadman and then the guy leaked a bunch of unannounced tour-dates and then he got cut from the band about 2 weeks before the tour and JC came back last minute. So I think they either scrapped the songs or re-did them with JC.

Thank god that played out the way it did.
