Think this was aimed at James because he didn't want to do the supposed last album (post MACHINA II)? The whole "this song has no future" line really alludes to that.

There's plenty instances of Billy insulting James in very petty ways all throughout the liner notes of the MCIS and TAFH deluxe box sets.

I forget just how recent their rekindled "friendship" is. It must really be hard working with Billy. I mean, James rather be in A Perfect Circle in 2017, than be in the pumpkins. That's really saying something.

Na, he played it even at a festival in Rio, where THE CURE were the next headlining band. He then mostly pissed off D'ARCY with his little solo act.

In the liner notes of the TAFH deluxe edition BC says James stopped contributing ideas to the band because he was saving them for his solo album. And he essentially says that every James song would be better if he had had more control over recording them. He insinuates that the only reason James had Nina Gordon sing on "...Said Sadly" was because he had a crush on her and that James never gets the girl, but he (BC) always gets the girl.

I hope James has enough self respect to never let the reunion happen. If someone had said shit like that about me or called me a "piece of shit, just the worst human being" you bet your ass I'd never work with them ever again. BC can continue to make subpar albums with that pssy yes-man Schroeder.

Imagine working on a school project with billy, or playing pickup sports with him back then. Glad he seems to be have made a conscious decision to try and move away from that kind of shit.

why wouldn't you rather be in APC? SP are nowhere near the band that they once were, and most people (who are still up-to-date with the modern rock and alternative scene) know that. not to mention that billy is well on the path of tarnishing the best of the SP legacy with shitty releases and projects.
