well there are lots of reasons

1. anxiety attack
2. depressive episode
3. possible things going on in body and being sensitive to them, like inflammation
4. relationship problems?
5. unresolved trauma
6. suppressing strong feelings
7. prob exhaustion could do it
8. command hallucinations

i mean i could go on
