Recorded the 2nd half of the show last night. It was recorded on an iPhone so don't expect soundboard quality, but I cleaned up the files a bit in Audacity. Enjoy: https://nofile.io/f/F5wzE1aZEKm/WPC-...mrrTheatre.zip

Really hoping Friends as Lovers gets released someday properly recorded.

Shadaloo 10-16-2017 03:57 PM

Welp, not regretting that Toronto purchase at all now.

Ram27 10-16-2017 05:10 PM

got mad goosebumps watching that 'friends as lovers' video

billy's actually making me feel things lately

i imagine most people at that gig never heard that song. they only did it live a couple times iirc

Funky_Gibbon 10-16-2017 05:38 PM

Watch Billy crack up when he fucks up the intro to Soma.

I'm pretty fucking impressed. Really looking forward to the Wilmington show now. I wouldn't mind hearing any of these again.

TuralyonW3 10-16-2017 08:48 PM

some of these performances are great

TuralyonW3 10-16-2017 10:33 PM

And it shows his voice can still be great when he wants it to be.

TuralyonW3 10-16-2017 10:38 PM

Man vintage pumpkins doing a box of rain cover would have been transcendent

enthusaroo 10-16-2017 10:52 PM

We didn't get any good songs from Ogilala.

But at least we get to hear some good "Smashing Pumpkins" covers from the tour.

Went to the Oct 14th show in Brooklyn and enjoyed it. So happy that James Iha collaborated on at least one song on Ogilala. I hope he continues to stay involved, as good things happen when you put those two together.

redbreegull 10-18-2017 01:27 AM

his voice sounds a lot better in some of these.

redbreegull 10-18-2017 01:29 AM

is it fair to say there is a consensus at this point that this is his best era since tfe?

I lolled when he forgot to change the harmonica for box of rain
