yo! I'm not sure if anyone is still out there that gives a shit about zwan, but I'm trying to track these down and get them on archive before they disappear from circulation forever. as far as I can tell they all should have circulated at some point but i'm not sure how widely

I'm pretty sure I have one of the 2002 Galaxy shows and the Double Door one (I thought the Double Door matrix was one of the most widely available Zwan bootlegs? It was at the time.) Anyway, I only have VBR MP3s at the moment, but I might have lossless CDs at my parents'. If you haven't found them before then, I could take a look when I go visit them next month.

redbull 02-25-2015 03:59 PM

the double door matrix was widely circulated, but it isn't on archive and I can't find a working torrent for it anywhere. if you get the chance to look at your cds that would be awesome!

pavementtune 02-25-2015 04:09 PM

does anyone have the 2003 SNL performance?
I have never seen it, and the zomb torrent is dead.

it's just Lyric and Settle Down

I've got it. It's 538 mb, though.

Any suggestions for sites I could upload it to?

I should find this one somewhere. will take until April to have a look, though.

absof 02-26-2015 05:06 AM

SNL videos are always taken down by NBC.

pavementtune 02-26-2015 05:10 AM

ah okay.
well I really don't know, bothering to upload this thing for 1 or maybe 2 people if somebody else pops in here seems like a waste...
what about the zomb?

redbull 02-26-2015 03:09 PM

put it on zomb for sure, or DIME

slunken 02-26-2015 06:06 PM

didn't rider post a list that eventually he decided he couldn't be bothered to actually go through the discs (which is understandable)?

maybe he could be persuaded to send you what he has, redbull.

i know i really want those alt-sources of the late emerson show. one of them i used to have and i prefer it to the one circulating now.

redbull 02-26-2015 07:15 PM

I never saw rider's list but I might have just missed the thread

if someone can direct me to it plz

pavementtune 02-26-2015 07:22 PM

don't recall an actual list showing up - he said he had everything from Zwan.

it's in here http://forums.netphoria.org/showthre...00#post4076800

Between people being dicks and cease and desist letters my days of ever giving anyone anything Corgan related are long gone.

You can all thank demanding assholes and Monte.

absof 02-27-2015 08:18 PM

let's point out a few reality bytes-

1. IF you do in fact have "everything" zwan related, then clearly YOU are capable of distributing them however you see fit, anonymously or given to someone you trust who can do the work for you.. maybe if you weren't such a goddamn prick most of the time you might have better trusting relationships with multiple people who DO have the skills, time and desire to properly circulate these things?

2. blaming monty, or internet strangers (you the know, those pesky people you've never met who are just "demanding assholes" right?) - makes zero sense.. you poor bastard, i can't imagine the burden of having all these supposed shows that everyone is demanding and you simply "getting nothing" out of it.. i have to assume you mean some type of gratification? probably a plush red carpet with a few blow jobs even..

3. cease and desist letters aside, you know the game well enough to cover your tracks and i highly doubt anyone from the SP camp is going to raid your house and ruin your life for letting out a few good quality zwan shows that would be completely legal to upload on the archive or zomb anyway

the primary thing i'm trying to point out here is that you feeling unappreciated by a few idiots online shouldn't cancel out the people who DID appreciate the effort you put forth at one time..you're just making excuses and if you're not going to participate in centralizing everything at some point then would you kindly shut the fuck up about your elitist "complete" zwan collection? all the time you waste being a crybaby on this message board could have been spent uploading a show or two no?

don't be so sour, regardless of what you have or upload there will always be people who would thank you- including myself!

Simple fact I'm tired of doing free work for assholes who bitch up a storm about everything and tired of doing free PR work for a man who has repeatedly threatened me legally.

Everything I have was distributed freely for years on the hub. If these items are no longer in circulation I'm not the one to blame.

I just failed, too, zomb doesn't like me today.

(you can't help missing Jimmy when watching this. le sigh)

magikarp99 02-28-2015 06:20 AM

It's already on Zomb

last time I checked that one was dead, but it works now. sorry!

btw redbull, do you have a backup copy of the splra zwan info?
I don't know how to sift through unorganized files (which are also named wrong) without this stuff.

brilliant piece of rhetoric, einstein. very convincing. we can all sit back now, because that should definitely do the trick.

I know the Quinto recording is on archive.org, but I remember listening to Desire from the Messer recording repeatedly, and I'd love to be able to hear it again.
