Newsflash, nobody besides the hardcore fans gives a single fuck about Machina |
well it's available on Spotify so as far as i'm concerned your stupid post is nothing more than Shallowed bait

Even if Machina becomes available on Spotify, you ain't going to see a huge uptick in listeners. The album was a failure. If you are a SP fan and on Spotify, you're already a listener. Machina ain't gonna change a thing. I have never met an SP fan that was ONLY a Machina fan. That album was the beginning of the end. And to be honest, even as a single disc, it's still a bloated mess with some terrible production and track choices. Billy would have to completely remix the album from the ground up to get any sort of mainstream support as the production of Machina is a mess. Back in 2016... Muse play record breaking show with Drones tour at The O2 https://www.gigwise.com/news/106530/...-the-o2-london How Muse Became One of the World’s Biggest Rock Bands https://www.vulture.com/2018/11/how-...ock-bands.html SP versus Muse... hands down, Muse is the bigger band. And this is not because I'm some Muse fan. I'll take Gish, SD, PI, MCIS, Adore over any of Muse's albums any day. But I'm not blind to their success. I'm actually a big fan of electronic music, probably why I love Adore, but to be honest, I wish Muse would go back to their older rock sound. |

How do you measure success anyways? Would you say Coldplay is bigger than the Beatles? ![]() Or even ![]() |
Muse’s last three albums have all been flops essentially. Compared to the album with that terrible Uprising song which was ten years ago they haven’t had a notable hit since then. They are entering the legacy act phase.

MBV is not actually big in terms of popularity, but how many (popular) bands only exist/ed because of them? Even The Cure was influenced by loveless. |
If there was no Muse, there would be no Radiohead!
What do you think about that, fool? |

Whereas SP has a much bigger fall off between MCIS and Adore. Even these Muse albums that you claim to be in their "legacy phase" are still charting higher and outsellling SP's legacy phase albums. I would say MBV had more influence on music than either SP or Muse. |

big doesn't mean influential, heaps of unpopular artists have been influential to others.

Muse is and has always been the biggest band in the world and I will kill myself on Instagram Live, tagging Billy and Jack, if anyone says otherwise
I hope this settles things |

Famous occultist Aleister Crowley contracted gonorrhea as a teenager. Or, as Crowley later wrote in the margin of one of his own books: “I caught the clap from attending a Muse concert in Glasgow.” The incident led to Crowley getting booted from the Tonbridge School in England. He also later caught syphilis from a different Muse lineup while attending Cambridge.
