enthusaroo 05-29-2007 12:53 PM

I'm sorry to tell you, but Eric died in a scuba accident off the coast of some island in Fiji while trying to 69 with his male scuba instructor.

mccririck 05-29-2007 12:53 PM

Spaceboy88 05-29-2007 12:58 PM

Man, the good old days of "Luna." That was one of the first websites I ever remember bookmarking.

mccririck 05-29-2007 12:59 PM

I remember finding Eric's website in January 1995. tbh he always seemed a bit too into it for my liking.

DeadOpera 05-29-2007 12:59 PM

mccririck 05-29-2007 01:00 PM

Me, too. I was browsing the archived site killing time before the Asheville tickets went on sale. It reminded me of being 13 and using the internet at home for the first time.

Exactly, when "The Internet" meant my parents subscription to Prodigy.

zerock 05-29-2007 01:14 PM

Eric Agnew, I summon you, return to us... lost one.

mccririck 05-29-2007 01:16 PM

JessiMercury 05-29-2007 01:19 PM

zerock 05-29-2007 01:29 PM

And my mom forced me to sit down and watch an episode of Oprah about child predators before she'd let me go online.

he's just busy with life. he's still an SP fan, and still doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work with spfc.

yes, luna was awesome. i remember when eric first showed his website design to me in college...i thought it was the coolest website ever.

It *was* one of the best band-related web site back then.

cyclonus5150 05-29-2007 04:16 PM

I'm pretty positive that Luna was the first website I ever bookmarked too. First site was yahoo to lookup Smashing Pumpkins. I also really dug Chris and Shyla's site.

I remember him being very helpful when I was first learning HTML back in 1994 and making my Frogs web site (now defunct, sadly, though another fan has taken the reigns to keep the Frogs web presence alive). He had the image map thing down, baby.
