What's next for Smashing Pumpkins in 2019?
 

The bald-lord has been unusually quiet since the reunion album flopped in the most embarrassing of ways. Usually he's hyping 3-4 projects at any given time. I figured they'd try and parlay the well received tour into some big plans the following year.

Any predictions?

I think I heard something about a solo album again, but even that he's been silent about

They’re playing festivals and Bolly has a solo album.

2) A MCIS documentary using footage and interviews:
- MTV's footage (666 tapes)
- Flood (production)
- Craig (artwork)
- D'Arcy rants
- et al.

He’s promised a whole crap load of releases in 2019. I’m too lazy to find where they were posted here though because most of them probably won’t happen and the ones that will are probably gonna be garbage.

If he wants them to give a shit about him at all, he has to be present very often for them to bond while they're young like this.

Unfortunately they seem to be imprinting instead on the balloons with his face on them that he leaves in their rooms

D'arcy comes back two months later to reform the real Smashing Pumpkins. In October, with D'arcy as the lead singer, the Pumpkins put out their best album since 1999.
