Billy has been surprisingly cool with his whole facebook page to be fair, he goes through all the comments and is happy to answer both praise and criticism at the moment.

planet has gotten colder last 10 years. hence the not so subtle change in the media from saying 'global warming' to 'climate change'. it is all connected to trying to make us all pay more taxes for our 'carbon footprint'. in essence, you should be taxed just for breathing. good scam.

global warming seems a logical consequence of humanity's action to me. it doesn't do much for the argument when scientists massage data to support the theory though. or attempt to shout down dissenting voices. obviously a lot of the anti-global warming lobby have vested interests (oil connections or whatever). the ecosystem is very complex and i don't think even specialists in the field understand completely the way things interact, whatever they purport. but for conventional wisdom on climate change read a lot of lazy agreement by people who don't know enough to really develop an opinion but follow the "correct" view because that's how most people operate. so corgan doesn't believe in global warming; well if he's read up on it and that's his opinion good luck to him. expressing this opinion doesn't make him an idiot and/or deluded.
