Sorry for the triple post, but my therapist isn't in my insurance network anymore. Just needed to let you know that my coworker lives with his parents, has over $100,000 in student loan debt, already hit his out-of-pocket health insurance maximum this year, and as of yesterday afternoon was planning on voting for Buttigieg.

This country hates poor people. It’s Puritanism. Alive and well. Ugh.

I won't argue. I've accepted long ago that dreams don't come true. Biden 2020 it is, I guess.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. I was reading, and I can't find the reference again, that Biden didn't do any real campaigning or spending in several of the states he won. I don't think more money to any other candidate would've really helped, unfortunately. Money to cull older voters, maybe.

Meanwhile, I see that Tulsi Gabbard has picked up a delegate. Pinning all my hopes on her now. Off to google "Tulsi Gabbard who is"

trump will win

I am voting for Biden in November. But in about a week, I'm booking $1000 with Vegas on Trump beating him. I'm on the money.

Joey Goldberg 03-04-2020 11:26 AM

what's the attitude there? that people didn't expect him to win the first time so you won't get fooled again? if Trump wins a re-election, we fucking deserve him

Everything about this sucks; I'm sorry, man

topleybird 03-04-2020 11:33 AM

Bizarre swerve for Bloomberg: despite winning American Samoa, he appears to have dropped out?

I hope one day soon we find out exactly how much he spent to fucking suck so bad

MplsTaper 03-04-2020 12:06 PM

I thought Minnesota was going to go with Bernie again. I was wrong.

Voting for Joe in November but not happy about it at all.

Fucking Obama got on the phone to Amy and pulled rank. I am furious and depressed.

Eulogy 03-04-2020 12:43 PM

Like. Even if you did everything “right” you’re likely drowning in debt and will never be able to own a home or retire. If you didn’t do everything “right” you probably can’t afford to eat. And boomers are just like “well hey sorry shrug!!”

ninsp 03-04-2020 01:25 PM

Trump will win 2020. Thanks, Democrats. You reap what you sow.

He spent more than $500 million

Mike is worth about $60 billion

Which leaves him with a paltry…58.5 billion

…fuck

Probably! I loved voting for Hillary over Trump, even though she wasn't my first choice. I'm not a spoiled baby.

^asked Tim to open up their relationship so she could sleep with the skinny, good looking kid at Starbucks. When her advances towards Trevor (Starbucks kid) were rebuffed, she demanded the relationship be closed immediately. Doesn't know that Tim was able to score three separate times during that period.

killtrocity 03-04-2020 03:32 PM

Can someone give me a straight answer on whether it's normal to sniff babies? I feel like I'm missing something

FlamingGlobes 03-04-2020 03:42 PM

If you have to ask, you can't afford it.

redbreegull 03-04-2020 05:04 PM

if the Dems lose again via similar circumstances it will be because of the stupid ass voters who won't accept a candidate they don't like over fucking donald trump, same as last time

redbreegull 03-04-2020 05:05 PM

there's just a lot of fucking dumbasses who want voting to make them feel fuzzy and warm instead of like they are choosing the chief administrator of a country of 320 million individuals

yo soy el mejor 03-04-2020 05:16 PM

my mum told me my dad wants to vote for sanders, but she wanted to vote for klobuchar or warren and didn't care for bernie and would never vote for biden (this was last week). i wonder what she'll do now and i assume the DNC knew these were choices people would make and might be inclined to go on name recognition. i doubt my mother would ever vote for biden, though, so she might hold her nose and vote for bernie to at least have a united household and, plus, she's not voting for biden.

Elphenor 03-04-2020 05:18 PM

the country needs a lot more than an administrator

even if he wins get ready for another right wing extremist down the line

yo soy el mejor 03-04-2020 05:23 PM

you can coast on your white privilege until then and pretend acknowledging it is enough when you embrace it so much. so gross you manage a group of people of color in fast food (or did) by sheer virtue of being white and you're okay with it (because you do it). then you complain online about not not having enough parties to go to.

FlamingGlobes 03-04-2020 05:26 PM

^doesn't have any parties to go to

I voted for Bernie in the 2016 and 2020 primaries. May I ask who you voted for?

FoolofaTook 03-04-2020 05:46 PM

my guess would be satan

MplsTaper 03-04-2020 05:51 PM

Yeah, sorry I can't vote for Obama a third time and there are no Latino or female candidates left until 2024. I'm voting for the boomer going up against trump but as mentioned I'm not happy about it at all.
