Tomato sauce I like to be plain. Good tomatoes, a clove of garlic (not crushed), olive oil, salt, honey, basil etc. cooked down. Mushrooms, or the Agaricus bisporus ones at least just taste dirty and like dishwater to me. I've enjoyed other species of mushrooms... (Not drug ones. Not saying that)
