Stephen Hillenburg dropping on the deck and flopping like a fish IN HELL

Let's all crack a can of bread in his memory

Alice 11-27-2018 06:39 PM

He was number 1

ilikeplanets 11-27-2018 11:52 PM

This is really sad

Disco King 11-28-2018 06:33 AM

The great pineapple under the sea in the sky.

I enjoyed Spongebob & all, but by the time that came out my young mind had already long been warped by the creations of John K

Mals Marola 11-28-2018 01:32 PM

RIP nonetheless

Shallowed 11-28-2018 01:34 PM

He was diagnosed with ALS last year. If only I did the ice bucket challenge.

Alice 11-28-2018 01:34 PM

I mean if Stefan is so great then where's his soda drinking hat that says as much?

You know I used to be a huge John K fan cause I love Looney Tunes and so does he and his art may be better but I enjoy the writing on Spongebob more. I think Ren and Stimpy carried on the artistic tradition of the old cartoons but Spongebob's writing seems more in line with the classics for me

Alice 11-28-2018 01:44 PM

Like ok for example, Spongebob builds a bubble stand. Patrick wants to blow a bubble but he doesn't have a quarter so asks to borrow one. Spongebob gives him a quarter and Patrick immediately hands it right back. Then what does Spongeboy me Bob do? Why he bites it to make sure it's not wooden. This is classic stuff here. Nice, subtle, elegant absurdity

Squidward is there in all of us, and will forever be

You may have just been watching the wrong seasons. At this point there are a lot more bad episodes than good ones

Alice 11-28-2018 11:47 PM

Or maybe you're just one of these poor unfortunate souls for whom it is not

Alice 11-28-2018 11:48 PM

Either way let's not resort to lashes just yet

Elphenor 11-29-2018 12:07 AM
