Alright folks, the sorting hat has made its choices.

First off, this wasn't totally random, as I sorted the names into two groups- those who'd ship internationally and those who'd ship in the US/Canada only. It turned out to be roughly half and half, so that worked out nicely. The one and only time I rejected a drawn pairing was when the two names were from the same state.

Hopefully you folks are satisfied with your pairings. IT IS UP TO YOU NOW to PM your partner and get contact information, addition musical interests, etc. etc. I'd also recommend doing a search on your partners name to see their posts and get a general idea of what they like (and are like).

Remember, the deadline for sending your mix is the end of the year. Plenty of time to do it, so there should be NO excuses for not getting it done. If you're a deadbeat, you'll be held accountable.

When you do get your mix, post it's tracklisting and any comments you have here. It should be interesting to see what folks get.

And, I say that despite kinda mutually agreeing not to exchange the last mix to my partner. I think we both had a lot going on at the time, and it was pretty far down our list of priorities. I was also slightly intimidated by Injektilo's musical knowledge a bit. But yeah, I make much better mix cd's then I did a year ago.

you better make it super rad, mike. i've heard everything by pearl jam and pixies FYI. in case you were gonna do a "open your mind to new unheard stuff" mix instead of a plain ol' awesome mix.

I totally wanted in on this but I never pay attention to this forum. If anyone else is also left out in the cold let's set up a punk-rock underground mix trade.

Whoever trades with me is actually liable to get a 4disc mix because I always make a compilation for some relatives at the end of the year... and this year's compilation is 4 discs.

I would participate in this thing but I am not confident that I would like my CD and the other person would like theirs.

I would make an effort, not just throw on crap like Milli Vanilli and the other stuff I talk about. You guys take me too seriously on that stuff.
